We hope you love your Panache Apparel Co. items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise no later than January 5, 2025 for your original form of payment. A valid receipt is required for all returns, and the merchandise must be in its original condition. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for their returns. Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs. It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to you for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee.
Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Items
We stand behind our products, and want all our customers to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers by dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item so we can make the situation right. Please email us at customerservice@panacheaccessories.com, and we will rectify this right away. Please include a photo of the defect/damage in your email. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary from piece to piece. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping expenses if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
