Return Policy:

We hope you love your Panache Apparel Co. items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise no later than January 5, 2025 for your original form of payment. A valid receipt is required for all returns, and the merchandise must be in its original condition. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for their returns. Exchanges are not permitted due to limited and reserved inventory. If you need further assistance with your return, please contact customerservice@panacheaccessories.com.

Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs. It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to you for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee.

Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Items

We stand behind our products, and want all our customers to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers by dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item so we can make the situation right. Please email us at customerservice@panacheaccessories.com, and we will rectify this right away. Please include a photo of the defect/damage in your email. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary from piece to piece. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping expenses if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Please note: Exchanges are not permitted, and orders will not be reshipped due to address error. Please review your selected products carefully and ensure your shipping information is correct before moving forward.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.

We started on the basis of wanting to express how we think and feel without having to compromise on quality of fabric or aesthetic. We started by offering collections of trending, alternative accessories and slowly built out into a full apparel brand. Above all, our designs are steeped in quality and attention to detail, but add in some wild, & some sass!
